Andrew founded Redington Drive Capital in 2022, and he brings over a decade of experience at leading private equity and strategic advisory firms, including Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, Yellow Wood Partners, and Credit Suisse. With a keen interest in fostering growth of high-potential businesses, Andrew identifies and nurtures promising growth companies. His expertise lies in leveraging capital investments, human capital management, and customer and market insights. He provides invaluable guidance to management teams and their operations. Andrew is deeply passionate about driving innovation and supporting visionary companies, using a proactive approach to creating long-term value. In his spare time, Andrew loves hiking, traveling, and eating across the world.

He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University and a M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
